1-16-15

This week has been a pretty good week. But since we haven't been in school for a wile it was hard to get back in the groove. Wednesday I got a PR (personal record) in weights. I deadlifted 415 and I weigh 155 pounds. That maid me pretty happy. I am soooooooooo sore, it's hard to walk. 
I hope by the time I graduate I would like to stay at the weight I am at but just get my kits up. I wanna be in the 900 pound club. I bench 245, squat 300, and power lean 215. 
This year is gonna be a good year!
